IMS Policy Statement

To achieve goals and targets, while protecting our information assets from Vulnerability, risks, threats, and maintaining the confidentiality, integrity and availability of our information, Abu Dhabi Precast is committed to the below policy statements, applicable to our scopes, and to our IMS of ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, 45001:2018, 27001:2022, OSHAD SF, and in compliance with ISO 55001, 50001, and other regulatory requirements:

• To meet & exceed the requirements of our customers and interested parties, through the quality, safe, and health services, while ensuring sound working environment, infrastructures, & appropriate controls to preserve information confidentiality, integrity, & availability aimed at ensuring their satisfaction.
• To ensure that risks and opportunities applicable to our scope of work were identified and controlled in line with the provisions of our applicable management systems, & applicable regulatory requirements.
• To ensure full adherence to our applicable legal and compliance obligations, while ensuring security of our assets & other assets in our control and ensuring restrictions unauthorized users.
• To develop a proactive & harm free culture for preventing product and process nonconformance’s, occupational illness, injuries, incidents, accidents, hazards, risks & Environmental Pollutions and providing a periodically tested business continuity & disaster recovery plan.
• To provide adequate resources, & maintaining Environmental sustainability, through the control of our consumption of natural resources, including air, water, electricity, and noise elimination.
• To establish, set, maintain, and monitor targets and objectives at relevant levels of the organizations, and to review same periodically, and ensure that incidents (both suspected and actual) were reported immediately.
• To ensure establishment of employee Consultation committee, and constantly engage them or otherwise the representative during decision-making.
• To continually improve our management systems, OSHAD SF, and other applicable international and regulatory requirements, for effectiveness.
• To ensure adequate implementation, communication, and awareness of this policy among all employees, and authorized third parties, on their responsibilities with regards to this policy, and the consequences of deviations.
• To periodically review the appropriateness and otherwise of this policy, for its relevance.
• To enhance employee competency and skills through continuous learning management initiative.
